Evaluation: We pinpoint the specific position to be covered together with the client, helping to define the profile and the various ways of sourcing the candidate.
Recruitment: Recruitment phase of the proposed candidates, carried out together with the client, until their incorporation, hiring and subsequent monitoring.
Selection: We establish a selection plan in accordance with the client’s defined and prior evaluation: pre-selection, psycho-technological, technological and psychological competency tests in order to find the perfect candidate for the position.
