For the first time the leading company, General Electric, is associated with a partner specialized in training and development to offer training solutions in the entire LATAM SmallWorld community.
With Latin America in the spotlight, an agreement has reached between one of the most valuable brands according to Forbes , General Electric, and the Spanish (Brazilian) training consultancy Ibertech . Starting next year, General Electric will have its own training center reference SmallWorld worldwide , thanks to the recently agreement signed with the provider of training solutions Ibertech.
Although currently the center of activity of the first partnership of GE in training will be focused in Brazil , the agreement provides that in the future the project could be extended to all of Latin America and the rest of the world in successive stages of development. In fact , long-term agreement means that Ibertech, as a training solutions provider , could update and move to the new services and market knowledge to adapt itself according with the General Electric SmallWorld evolution.
The partnership will allow GE to have well-trained human resources to cater to a market as strong as Latin America , due to the significant growth in recent years. For that reason, General Electric has elected Ibertech as a travel companion for added value to improve its offer to their customers , with the flexibility of the consultant to provide alternatives to market that enhance knowledge productivity and by extension , work capacity , the overall costs and staff training.
